shutter from dead stop?

I have a 2001 f150 4 wheel drive with 89k. automatic with 355 limited slip
After driving for about one half hour, taking off from a dead stop I get a shutter, I feel it throughout the truck. This only happens after the truck is warm. thanks

I forgot to mention it feels like it's in the drive train not the engine, the more load I give it the more shutter.
