Got the ones with the needle zerk type grease fitting in the end of the cap. When I grease the u-joints grease always shoots out of one of the boots before it makes it's way to the others. I can usually get it to squirt out of 2, sometimes 3, but never all 4 boots. Is this normal? Also, the boots spin fairly freely.

 

This is not normal. Perhaps one of the yokes is a little looser than the other, or perhaps the machining tolerance or the u-joint trunions is way off.
