Metal Filings In Transfer Case Oil

I'm still getting very noticable amounts of fine metal filings in my drained transfer case oil. Even though I've drained it 4 times since owning it new. Anyone else experience this? 2000 4x4 uses Mercon.

Got my 98 150 4x4 with 69,000 miles on it.Changed all fluids.Found realy fine metal in trans case fluid.Replaced fluid with royal purple syncromish fluid.No more metal when changed fluid again.
