Got my truck back today, new tranny and a question on transfer case

I'm so glad to have her back again. It's great, the tranny fluid was'nt changed in 168k and it's auto so the fluid broke down and kinda ripped it apart. It was smoking when it broke down. So a new tranny and a new rear main oil seal and shes back. Now i have a question should i change the fluid in the front and rear diff. and should i change the fluid in the transfer case? I know how to take the fluid out of the diff's however how do you go about taking it out of the transfer case? I suppose there is a way to drain it on the bottom and a hole to pump it in on top? It's a 1985 f150 btw. The 4x4 does'nt get near as much use and was hardly used so i highly doubt it's in the same condition as what the tranny was.

Just because of the fact that it's a 20+ year old vehicle... I would do it
