Your tire size is an important part of this equation. What size tires are you running, or do you want to run?

I'm running 4.11's with a Detroit locker in the rear on a 98 xtra cab 4x4... But I run 285/75/16's which are a 32-33" tire. The 4.11's are so much better than the stock 3.73.s that came stock.

From 3.55's to 4.56 is a huge change... do your research. and look into the Detroit locker... so much better than the stock setup!
