8.8 ?

Hi I'm about to take the gears out of my 8.8 rear end and putting in a posi with 3.73 gears on it. I have 3.55 gears now. Is thair a link to instructions on how to install this? I need to know more about setting the pinyun gear in.

Never did this before and need as much help as posible !
Thanks for any help ahead of time.
Keith

PS. I'm getting the old bearings on the units with the races and spacers.
Should I use these? This all came out of a 93 and going into a 97.

try to get the old bearings off without damaging them then you use a die grinder to grind out the inside of the bearing race, you than use the old bearings as set up bearings, to get your corect pinion depth and backlash, the baclash will be off about .004 from the setup bearings to the new bearings so figure this in when you set your baclash with the setup bearings make it .004 more than spec with the setup bearings, good luck and take your time
