How common is all of this?

Here is a list of all of the things that I have serviced since I bought my baby.

Replaced differential Clutch packs

26-Mar-2004

29-Nov-2004 (Popping sound between 25-30mph)

Replaced differential bearings
Replaced Ring Gear and Pinion set
Replaced both front rotors

26-Dec-2004

Bent a wheel and destroyed a tire. Replaced both.

23- Mar-2005 (Popping sound and truck shakes while turning and accelerating.)

Performed diagnostic rear clutches chattering
Removed rear diff
Replaced clutches reassembled and retest ok

29-Jul-2005 (Engine misfire code)

Replaced Three coils #6, 2, 3. Three out of eight aint that bad? OMG

05-Aug-2005

Bent and replaced a wheel

Am I wrong for still loving my baby so... very much :P

She has also had her front end replaced due to a pastry van enjoying his brakes to much and his blinker not enough. And she was T-boned by a '86 Chevy 1500 going 35+mph causing the diverside rear quater panel and tail light to be replaced.

i feel for ya, i've had my share of problems with my 03 s'crew as well. i would think the bent wheels are your fault not a factory or quality issue thou right? as for the rear, a lot of us have went or are going thru that right now. i'm finally getting mine rebuilt next week after waiting for the gears since last April.

i'm the same as you, after all these problems i still love the truck. thank God for the factory warranty. i'm planning on purchasing the extended warranty for sure, especially after some of the stupid little things that had to be fixed.

The bent wheels were not my fault. The treestump and pile of cinder blocks hurt those...
