Noob here looking for any tips, tricks or cautions for U joint replacement. I have developed a lovely symphony or creaks, clicks and crunches and believe them all to be coming from the U joints.

Am I looking at a 6 beer job?

 

All fixed. It's amazing that one small faulty part can make the vehicle soung like it's ready for the junk yard. The new U joint not only stopped the multitude of sounds coming from the truck but it also solved a nasty vibration between 60 and 70 MPH.
