gear help

I have a few Questions, i have a 98 4x4 with a 6 inch lift on 35's. i want to eventually do a 3 inch body lift and put 37 inch tires, but i only have the 4.6 v8. currently i have stock gears cuz im waiting to see if i will lift it more b4 i spend the money on gears. First question is, is the 4.6 powerful enough to handle this big of a tire with gears? will i regain the lost power or will it still suffer due to the tire size and extra wieght and still be slower? If my engine will be okay with gears, what size do i upgrade to?

Ne help would be great, thanks

if you can get 4.88 that would be perfect you will regain most of the power you lost and put less strain on your tranny, if you cant get the 4.88 4.56 would be good also, i think yukon is the only ones that make 4.88 but i am not sure, good luck
