Have a 99 5.4 f150 4x4 and a few weeks ago my truck began to hop at 40 and stop hopping at 45 then when u get to about 70 it would start to shake noticably. I had the tire blanced and aligned tie rods are tight. dont feel the hop in the pedal at all just in my seat and the shimmy and shake is in the whole truck

Sounds like you still have a rear wheel out of balance. You describe the exact conditions that a wheel out of balance causes.

i would get the tires rebalanced and if the problem is still there get it road forced balanced
