Angry How do I get the spider gears back in?

Got my rear axle seals in today. Everything going fine till I put the axels back in and I hear a 'tink' sound. Seems the spider gears fell out! Now i can't get them back in! I got them started buy rotating the axels backwards, but they wont go any more. What's the trick to gettin' them back in and lined up so I can put the pin back in?
This stinks! I'd have been done hours ago exept for this!

I do have the LS diff... which just has the clutch packs to screw with. Thanks for the article... hope it helps! If they can fall out so easy... why are they so hard to put back in?!!

OK... I think I'm on the right track! put the spiders in @ the same time on opposite sides... then rotate the axels, and hope they line up on the holes together! Here I go... if that doesn't work out come the firearms!
