I just wanted to ask if anyone would know, hope this is the right forum for this question. Should I use O/D or D for daily driving. I have heard that O/D can mess up your Tranny.

The transmission is designed to be used in OD at all times, including daily driving. It knows what gear to utilize and when to lock/unlock the TC. If you lug around during low speed, city traffic, you can turn it off if you like. If it hunts between OD and 3rd during towing, turn it off.

 

i'd go with what max said...tranny's today are "smart" they know what to do but def keep an eye on it while towing. good luck
