Service Manager called me after a day in the shop and told me that they were on the phone with the boys at Ford Hot Line because they have tried every fix that they know of and nothing works. The vibration is still there. I printed off some of the material from this web site and faxed it to him in an effort to steer in the right direction. It is now the end of the second day and I have heard nothing
