rdh4113,
After bigger tires are installed, the ONLY mod that will RESTORE lost power (due to bigger tires) is a gear swap, Go w/ the 4.10's. it will make you a happy man. The cost for a 4X4 is about $1000.00

Just curious how much people are paying out there for this type of mod. I've got a 2000 F150 with the dreaded 3.31 gear ratio combined with the 4.2 and with 265/75/16's to boot. Luckily its a five speed manual.
I still love this truck, its great offroad but slower than all get out for everyday driving. Any help is appreciated.
