Question help tires wearing out funny

I bought a 1999 ford f-150 4x4 off road xlt 5.4L last year with 40,000 klm on it and i have put 40,000 on it and rear driver side tire has worn out.It started to wear out from the center inwards i took it into ford and had a 4 wheel alignment done to it and they said theres nothing wrong. So i went and bought new tires and have had them on the truck for about a month and same problem.so i took the truck to kal tire and had another 4 wheel alignment done and they said the thrust angle is out .8 degrees.so i took it back to ford and they said they dont have the tools to fix it(yeah right). So i took apart the u bolts and made sure the dowl was still on the leaf springs and they are and u bolts where tight. nothings bent have never been in a accident, does anyone have a idea to what could be wrong ?could it be the bearings in the rear end

found out its a bent rear end housing

help rear end problems?

This sounds like a personal issue.

.8 degrees isn't a huge amount to be out on the the thrust line. A thrust alignment should make this so that it is barely noticible (cat tracking, where the rear end doesn't appear to be following the front). I would first wonder about the inflation pressure of this tire. Over inflated tires will wear the centers first. I would also check the rotation interval and I would be a little curious about your lead foot and spinning the tires. I know I'm probably not telling you anything you don't already know but these are the first things I would check.
