Angry clunking back..

i got rid of the clunking rear end by greasing the slip yoke, but i used the standard wheel bearing grease, and the clunking returned in about a week. If i purchase the teflon grease, will this last longer and rid the problem for awhile? the truck went 80k before starting this. greasing the slip yoke every couple of months wouldn't be that bad, but every week is not possible fore me. i hope this isn't something i have to live with. its really annoying. thanks, for all replies.

Yes the teflon grease lasts much longer. I haven't used the actual Ford grease. I actually used teflon ball hitch grease. It lasts about 6 months or so. Alot better than every week.
