fipk install

anyone have instruction for install of an air kit on a 97 4.6?

A little more info would be helpful. Are we talking air as in air compressor or air as in air conditioner?

sorry,i was talking about a fipk install. i bought one but it has no instructions.

Little better, how about a brand name ? Directions for the most part are the same, but some have done a few tweeks to the eBay or AEM FIPK installs.

its a pro car parts brand fipk. it looks pretty close to the k&n but i have never seen one installed

Here is a thread to the eBay FIPK, which usually ships without directions.

BigDeal just pulled the directions from Airaid to use for the install.

Check to make sure you got a gasket for the MAFS to filter bracket. The brand names ship them with it, the eBay, AEM, and I think one other usually did not have them in the kit.
