Will the Independent Rear Suspension (IRS) from an Expedition work under the F150??? Could it possibly bolt in? Would that make for a smooth and fun truck in the corners or what!

It won't just bolt in, its going to take some fabrication to adapt that suspension to a current leaf sprung suspension. You'd have to fabricate brackes to mount all the running gear and everything.
