2002 explorer, door ajar lights

2002 explorer, door ajar lights
My wife has a 2002 explorer,the door ajar light is staying on,i added a ground wire at the doors but it is not helping,because of the problem the doors will not lock when you start driving,we have to manually lock them and the alarm goes off for no reason after parking and locking the truck.any help would be deeply appreciated THANK YOU Keith.
