I have a weird problem,My zx2 will not start back up after it has just been running,It has to sit a while before it will start again.

Could I have a bad fuel pressure regulator or a leaky injector?

 

Wrong forum for the car! I have the same car. Have you checked the fuel pressure? if i remember correctly there isn't a check valve on the fuel rail on those damn 2.0 zetec's. i myself would be leaning twards the injectors, but those dont seem to be an issue with these motors. One more thing. Has the fuel filter ever been repalced? if not, you will have fun if you have big hands... It's directly behind the motor up against the firewall...
