2002 ford explorer window problems

2002 ford explorer window problems

i have a 2002 ford explorer and none of the windows will go up or down. i have power to the switch and i have power on both wires going to the window motor. i have replaced the switch and nothing has worked. any ideas please.

Have you checked the ground to the master switch?

yes i have it seems to be good. i have checked it in the wiring harness with my multimeter.

i have even ran an external ground to the window motor. and i have even unplugged the motor and ran one wire to it and nothing works. this truck was a govrnment truck of some sort.
