My wife drives a 04 Sable. When she goes to start the car it goes through the list of all four doors and the trunk being ajar. Her key fob works perfectly for the doors and trunk. The lock buttons on the doors do not work at all.

I sprayed all of the locks, latches with WD40 and they still do not work. I had to remove the dome light so it would not drain the battery.

Any help will be greatly appreciated.

id start by looking at the fuses since everything is acting up all at the same time like that

 

I got the owners manual out and checked a bunch of the fuses inside the car and a few under the hood. The only one I am not sure about is a 30A one under the hood. I would imagine if that one was the problem more would be wrong. I found my code reader this afternoon but didn't have time to check as other things came up.

 

I was wondering if there was some kind of relay for it.
