I have a 98 NASCAR Special Edition F150. There's no such thing as a 99 Nascar Edition.
The NASCAR pkg came on only 3000 models in 1998. 600 of them had the Tonaue cover; I have one of the 600. The package consisted of Black 10 spoke 16 inch alloy wheels with yellow lettered p255/70r16 Wrangler AP tires,
Black paint with NASCAR graphics, mesh grill insert, Roush exhaust syst with Stainless side exhaust dual tips, a lowered suspension and handling package, the 4.6 Triton V8, 3.73 axle ratio,m 40/60 split cloth seat with NASCAR logo emboidered, center storage armrest, NASCAR logo floor mats guage pkg w/ tach. I'm going to post the original Ford promotional flyer in the album. It lists all the info.

Thumbs up

cooltrucks, I've set traps before, baited them and waited patiently but, 487 DAYS! That's got to be a record!
My hats off to you sir.

it wasn't meant to be a trap. i was trying to find out if any one else had it and knew what all it options it added to the truck. I could tell it wasn't lowered when i fisrt got it though because it sat taller than my dad's 97 f-150.

Lightbulb

Now you see how it works?

If I can't bag one in 15 minutes I move on to more fertile ground. Not to worry though, I'm a card carrying member of the Catch and Release program.

I am impressed with your quick response to my post. I was very impressed with a response within 2 hours to a thread that had laid dormant for a year and a half.

That was why I confused you for a hunter like me.

Cool

i was on my way here before i even had checked my email to see the notice that i had been sent. When hunting it is hard to catch and release if you are using a gun. hehe

Cool

Just some dumb stuff. We were in a zone.

1)Cooltrucks created this tread asking a question about a year and half ago.

2)No response.

3)OMEGA5 finally takes a stab at it.

4)cooltrucks responds within 2 hours correcting 'mistakes' in OMEGA5's post.

5)I scold cooltrucks for baiting a thread with questions he knew answers to and I praise cooltrucks for his patience and skill as a great baiter/hunter/warrior.
(really just baiting HIM!)

6)cooltrucks bites - denies all my accusations, protests his innosence = .

7) I say, gotcha = . Then in my drunken analogies I mix up being a hunter with Catch and Release.

8) He exposes my editorial blunder

9) I retort

10) He re-retorts

11) I give up

12) You say, "Huh?"
