Thumbs up Sport Trac

My wife and I test drove the new Explorer Sport Trac a couple of weeks ago. We both like it a lot. She is seriously considering trading her SHO for one. Pretty cool vehicle for urban mall assults, lite hauling & towing, casual off roading, taking another couple to dinner, etc. Lots of nice features. Drives good.

Anyone else taken a look at one?

Mike

I just test drove the new sport trac and I almost drove it home. That thing was awesome. It was loaded with everything and it was black. I thought the sport trac was expensive like 30K but it came out to be about 23K. I might buy in the next month or two.

Thumbs up

I just bought one 3 weeks ago! A fully loaded Toreador Red 4x4 model... LOVE IT! It's a shame that a 4x8 sheet won't fit between the wheelwells, but I didn't buy it for regular hauling. :-)

Just turned 1000 miles - currently running around 13MPG combined. I suppose it'd help if I keep my foot out of the radiator.

Great little truck. No real complaints, other than a couple of drivers seat creaks when lateral stress is applied (cornering). I might take it in for a look-see if it persists. I haven't had it off-road yet... given the limited clearance, not sure if I ever will.

Two thumbs up!
