2002 windstar van power window motor

Has anyone had to change out the passenger side power window motor, and if so , how difficult and any tips. Thanks in advance!

Best advice would be to get a Haynes manual and follow their instructions. You will have to tear the door apart pretty well I imagine. I might even think of taking it into the stealership, or someone else? Good luck!
