hey, i have a 97 F-150 with the 4.6 in it and i want to up the power in it but two things stop me from it: 1 is price, as i am just out of high school and don't have a full time job yet... and 2 is fuel economy. i know some products out there say they give u more power by saving gas... well my cousin has a 250 and he tried that and didn't work for the saving of fuel. anyways does anyone know how i can do this? thanks

 

Just keep a clean air cleaner,keep your tires aired up and watch your speed.the only thing that may help is a chip upgrade.Some of the other things that you can do will cost alot and you will have to drive for years to get your money back.The junk stuff is out there for you too blow money on and make someone rich.The vel makers have them setup for the best you can get and but if you don't keep the vel checked and serviced you loose out.That's my 2 cents
