sound kinda fishy to me. basically they are putting accumulators on the transmission and then charging them when flow is not needed then using the charge when the demand is needed. or they are going to use a whole new power train. anyway, i work on hydraulics everyday and when there are problems it gets very expensive and time consuming to fix.

60 mpg hybrid F150
Pretty interesting articles, if the technology was brough to the market, the large SUV and truck market would make a huge rebound

I think you'll see closer to 30mpg, not 60. I guess we'll see.
