let me know what you think of my truck
85 F150 XLT 4.9 302ci I6 1brrl shortbed
Rebuilt engine, bored out over stock
New everything except for stock tranny & motor & trans mounts, and intake.
Recently installed straight pipe (no converters) w/ a 40-series 2 chamber flowmaster 2 outlets with stock dual pipes painted w/ flat heat paint (going to add 3" tips)
Custom open cut carb helmet, painted ford blue along with the entire engine & intake painted same color when rebuilt.
2-year old maaco ford metallic blue pearl paint job
Added roof visor (no lights) painted same color as truck
Added nice sexxy wheel well flairs painted same as truck.
Original wheels w/ newish Futura Dakota rvt 31" tires.
New headlights, all chrome trimming in front new, with chrome grill
Added off-road fog lights to middle topside of front bumber
Blue APC racing steering wheel
$300 Pioneer headunit w/ Alpine's in stock speaker position, and 2 added Boston Accoustic's behind seat in 2 separate boxes

that's an excellent old school shortbed. ( love the shortbeds )
i would swap off the bed cap for one that followed the roof line a little better ( for aerodynamics ) i would also either bring that exhaust straight out the back or straighten out the curve on the
pipe furthest back ( an ugly curve going on there )
the roof visor is sharp ( looks a little meaner then the one with the lights too ) and i've always been a sucker for extra fogs..
( trying to figure out where to place mine ) i got an awesome
pair of ushio's with amber lenses ..
