I got an 96 bronco (same thing as the f150 i belive). I got a twisted rear bumper. How can I go about straightening this up? Can I heat it without discoloring it??

please help out with suggestions

I had one on my parents van... we burnt all the rivits off that hold it together, and the thing almost sprung back to its original shape. We bolted it back together and still had to tweak one corner a bit, but after that, you'd've never known it was bent.

As for yours, you can try strapping it to a tree and pulling away, or you can get a good strap wrench and a long pipe and pull on it where necessary.... there's lots of ways to force it back into submission.
