sycoholic, has refered to 2 diferent TSM's 1 for the door crack and one for the roof dents. 13-23-8(crack) and 98-26-6(roof).
can you fax me a copy of these bulletins, my ford dealership is saying they dont exist and they have never seen this problem before.

13238 is a Special Service Message while the other, 98-26-6 is a TSB. Tell them to use Oasis. Check on Body, Body/Panels. It's there. If they can't find it, tell them to call the Tech Hotline since they obviously don't know how to use Oasis.
