2 days ago I stop at the mall for lunch. I come out to my truck and the inside has been ransacked. Someone hacked my door with a screwdriver to get in and look for the key. Thank god they were smart enough to know the truck won't start with out the key so they did not pop the steering column.
So now I'm looking to take out the door lock cylinders and leave it blank like a passenger door. Any after market handles out there? Or does anyone know if a passenger door handle from another Ford will fit?

I am GUESSING.... that the rear door handle from a SCrew would fit nicely into the front door on a Regular or S/C?

I have not tried this, I do not know, but they look very very similar.
