Im looking to take it somewhere to have it professionsally done. Im in South Western Ontario and need some tips and sugggestions.

Scratch???
I had a '91 Ext Cab Chevy, that had a small 3" scratch on the door, when i purchased the truck.
The paint shop isolated the area, and painted it with the Crimson Red Metallic paint. It blended really well, and could only be seen when looking at it at a certain angle.
What I am saying, is that a good body/paint shop could probably do the same thing for you.
If that is too expensive, clean the area with rubbing alcohol. Then, use a light/thin coat of FORD touch-up, brush on paint. Let it cure good, then put on a second coat the same way. (Light/thin coat) Only paint the area that is down to the metal.
Then, you can use 3 or 4 coats of Meguiar's liquid polish. Top that off with two coats of Carnauba wax. Or; take it to the body shop after touching it up. Have them use "Chocolate Milk" polish. It is a really watery polishing compound, that will not leave swirl marks. It looks like chocalate milk...
Hope this helps...

Some shops can repair these scratches using an airbrush, I have a friend who had her Jeep repaired that way. Two deep scratches cost her about $175.00 to have fixed, I haven't seen her repair yet but I think she was happy with the results.
