Radiator Bug Removal

Is there a special tool to remove those #@* little plastic screws holding the plastic cover on top of the radiator? When I try to remove them with a screwdriver, I usually ruin the phillips slots. I have to clean bugs from the A/C condenser pretty often and buying the plastic nails at the parts store is getting a little expensive. Also, while on a trip, I have had to pull into a car wash and blast bugs from the radiator and windshield. (Got a lot of those romantically inclined bugs around here.) Anyone have an easy fix ??? Thanks, A.

I use a nylon bristle brush to remove the bugs. Remove the radiator cover for access to the radiator. If you gently scrub the surface of the radiator, the bugs are easily removed without any damage to the radiator.
