Interchangeable Bumpers?
Hello!
It is SAD....
I hit something hard with my truck, and it bent the front bumper, but not so hard as to damage the fenders. Mine is a 1997 4x2, Regular Cab, the bumper does not have the option for the fog lights, I believe these are the first ones Ford made.
A friend of mine has one for sale, but it is the one with the fog lights, he says he will sell it to me including the fog lights, for a VERY NICE price.
My only worry is whether it will fit or not. You guys are the pros. Do you have any advice? I can buy the original factory one without the option for the fog lights, but it will cost me almost twice as much.

It will fit perfectly, as long as it's a 97 or 98 bumper. You will need the frame to bumper brackets that came off the other truck. As long as you have those, it bolt right on with no problems whatsoever. They are only slightly different than the 2wd style brackets, but different enough to not line up. I did the same conversion on mine back around Thanksgiving, also because of a mangled front bumper.,,,,,98
