I got my truck back from the dealer and it looks perfect. They fixed all the door cracks and repainted the doors. It looks awesome. Now I think I will take it in and have the tailgate done, even though it really doesnt need it.

You are right about the solved part not being correct, it was done two weeks ago. I hope it doesnt come back. My nieghbor is the one who did it, works for the local zimmerman ford dealer doing body work. I guess if I have a problem I will just run across the street.

So what is the problem with your tailgate? You guys don't need to start looking for cracks there now, do you? Anyway, hope the fix lasts for you.

 

How much did it cost? Did Ford pick up the bill? If they did, is there any way that you can scan the invoice so other people here could take a copy to their dealer to show that Ford does pay for the fixes? Congrats on your fix!
