What is everyone doing for security systems???!!

I am curious as to what all you guys with the nice sound systems are using for security. I just had my ride attempted to be broken into a few weeks ago so I had to beef up my security more. What brands and accesories is everyone using?

I had a K9. That thing is garbage. Goes off every 5 seconds. I think it needed to be tuned because everytime there is thunder or a car with flows it goes off. Now I have a club which doesnt do much. I just try to park in safe well lit places.

Thumbs up Factory Ford

I figure my truck kinda stands out in a lot so somebody trying to screw with it would look out of place.

I had a sarcastic reply in the direction of "Glock pistol protecting my truck" but pgh_medic beat me to it.

How about a rabid Rottweiler that hasn't eaten in a week? Not as funny. Damn! Gotta be faster.

I keep a German Shepheard in the cab.

I am curious as to what all you guys use to get dog poop off the seat.

If you leave him in there long enough ... he'll eat it.

Just an FYI, but I never post about security systems on the internet, and really don't talk about them too much in person. I've known people online who had someone try to steal their rides, and they seemed to know a bit too much about the setup of the security system if that makes any sense.

Thumbs up

Well I can post about my Security System all I want because I don't think my dog can read and even if he can, he doesn't have access to a computer.

Besides, he doesn't even know he's guarding the truck.
He just thinks he's sittin' in there.

Everyone says German Shepheards are so smart but,
I'm tellin' ya right now, he ain't the boss of me.

...

PS Did I mention that my ride is rigged to blow if you don't press the little blue button underneath the seat and the little red button under the bed simultaneously? Note: this has to be done within 30 seconds after entering the cab.

"Push on 3. On my mark, 1-2-Push!" :BOOM!!: "Ooops!"

PPS I was kidding. The little GREEN button!

Nosey neighbors, a garage, and a paid up insurance policy. If they have to trash the interior to steal it I don't want it back.

Talking

Well, I'm glad it works for you but, my dog has no opposable thumb to grip the handle.

Besides, if he could work a gun I'd be feeding him all the time,

steak too!

(It's bad enough that he knows how to change my radio presets)
