Question Removing grill

Does anyone know how to remove the grill, or if needed, the entire front facia. Removal need for installation of behind the grill driving lights. I've seen pix of this being done, but not much is said about getting easy access to this area.

I installed my lights without removing grill. Just take the plastic cover off the top and you can just reach down behind it. Took me about 15 minutes to install then a little longer to hook up wiring.

I looked into that, hopefully. However, the space between the front cross member and the fiberglass grill/facia structure is about 3.5-4 inches. The lights KC Daylighters need about six inches. Obviously in this case I will need more room to drop the lights in, thus the need for removing the front.

To remove the whole grill and grillshell 1st remove that plastic piece on top, then there is one bolt that holds each corner in place. remove the corners and behind them are a couple of bolts that attach to the grill shell. then look below your headlights and grillshell in that small one inch gap there are a bunch of clips that attach to shell all the way across the bottom. then pull it out when pulling it will require some effort because there are two more clips in the back still holding it on that snap in and out of place.

Removing the grill is quite easy, the headlights are held in place by a clip that needs to be pushed twords the engine a little and pulled up, releasing the head lamp assy. The signal assy is held in place by a Torx screw by the edge of the radiator. Move the assy's forward from grill. There is a screw and a locating tab on the grill for each side. I just replaced my painted one with a chrome one. It shoul be real easy.

Sorry about that I thought I had an easy fix for ya. But now that I think about it my Hellas are pretty thin.

Thanks all...
A picture (or 21) is worth many words.
