Question Mud Flaps

I just bought some OEM fender flares for my 98 single cab f-150. I have mud flaps on my truck and i was starting to put the flares on yesterday, but found that the mud flaps do not fit over them. my friend has a 2000 f150 that came w/ the flares from the factory and the mud flaps fit over them fine. do i need 2000 mud flaps on my truck? will they fit? someone help me out!!! if you dont understand what im trying to ask just reply and ask for more info... ill try to elaborate more!!

You have to order the molded mudflaps for your truck with fender flares, they are different. I don't have the part number for you. Sorry......

I have an '01 150/Scab with the factory flares and put on a set of Husky Liner rear mudflaps and they fit very nicely. Husky Liners has them for trucks both with and without the flares.
