Weird holes behind cab under the rear window.

Weird holes behind cab under the rear window.
Have this hole on both sides under the rear glass. Bed isn't damaged so how? And what in the world to fix it

That is not stock.

Looks like someone got an angle grinder to make a hole for wiring for a cab topper. Maybe to put comm wires, subs, electric (inverter).
