Plug welds.

18 gauge

Increase Amperage? Hands that tremor are a pita.

From top to bottom

~55A,17.2+4V
~56A,18.2+4V
~54A,16.8+2V

forgot to mention 5/16" plugs. I've read 5/16 for structural and 3/8 for a standard plug.

I suppose I ought to be "sweeping" the hole from inside, then running along the outside a full 360 and back to the center.
