Found a good bed for my boss' 98 F150 stepside but its from a 99. From the pics they look identical but wanted to verify if this would be a direct swap or did Ford do something different with the mounting points/design that would make this not possible? Don't want to spend the cash on it if it won't work.

 

1997 through 2003 Flareside beds are interchangeable.
