Question Need to replace front bumper

Howdy!! My brother just ran into my front bumper with his car. The damage is minimal but the bottom plastic part of the bumper is a little bit pulled out from the screws holding it to the top part. I want to replace it and rather not have to go through my insurance. How much would it cost to have it replaced?

Thanks in advance.

BTW, I have a 2001 F-150 SuperCab.

$136.76 plus shippig from http://www.oem-car-parts.com/. Check with your dealer though. Without the shipping, the dealer may be cheaper. Also, you may want to think about an aftermarket airdam such as the one from PIAA.
