rattle in dashboard

Don't know if this is the correct topic for this thread but thought I would see what replies I could get. I have a 2005 F150 Lariat with 96,000 miles and it has a rattle in the dashboard area that seems to be inside. I have pulled the dash panel off and found nothing, even unplugged the instrument gauages. The rattle reminds me of the sound of a speedometer cable that needs greasing, it only starts at around 50 mph, it seems if I'm driving into the wind it is louder. I saw a thread posted to someone else about checking an air vent tube on the drivers side fender. Any thoughts, ideas, or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
