Interior Colors

I'm looking for the interior color codes for 1997 F-150s or where to find touch up or spray paint to match.

Me too!

Hey, that makes two of us. I am looking for spray or touch-up for a 2000 with the brownish-tan interior.

Most paint manufactuers such as Dupont, PPG, ect. List Interior colors that can be mixed. I had some mixed to touch up the dash in the '97 F150 I used to have. Check with your local Auto parts store that handle automotive paints, they should be able to help.

I was hoping for something that was already mixed, in a spray can so that I could just spray away! Actually, my cup holder that slides out in the dash is starting to lose its finish on the edges. I just need to touch it up with a spray of the same color. Does anyone know how to get the cup holder/ashtray out of the dash?

Hey MisterP,(and others)
Back when I worked at a Ford dealer we had a car that had an interior part that needed to be painted. I was brought a spray can with a Ford label on it,and it was the exact color. So,I do believe you can get int. color paint at the dealer. The drink holder comes out by releasing two clips. If you look very closely into the gap at the top of the drink holder, you can barely see them. If you push down on them with a small screwdriver it should pull right out. The only trouble you'll have after that is getting the wires off the light.(Of course I'm not sure if they have a light now, because of the new "improved" ashtray)
Good luck on your projects,guys!,,,,,,98

Sweet! Guess I'll have to visit the good old ford dealer or call Gary from Ford Parts Online.
