2001 Screw water in wire harness tray after rain

Hello, I am having water getting in from somewhere and it is ending up in the wire harness tray on the passenger side only. The pickup sat outside all day yesterday in the rain and I didn't drive it until this evening. When I start and stop it sounds like a stream of water running. I pulled the plastic trim and kick panels and found the water. I checked the 3rd brake light, the rear window and the windshield and there is no water on the carpet or anything right below the windows. It is dry as a bone in those areas. Anybody have a fix for this issue and where it is coming from? Thanks

Also, I do not have a sun roof, so you can rule that out.

Got it fixed!!! on the passenger side behind the kick panel there is a rubber grommet that is about 4" with flaps on it that some wires pass through. The flaps were pushed flat allowing water from outside to come in. Took a piece of pipe insulation and fit it around the wiring and through the grommet to plug the hole, I then siliconed it in place as well to seal it all up.
