Unhappy broken core support mounts

GHHey yall,
This weekend i started putting a body lift on my truck ('01 f150 supercab 4x4 ect) to fit 40s on it and all went well except my core support frame mounts were seized (go figure). I soaked them and heated them using mapp because the oxyact torch was empty, but no luck. Broke out the big ********* impact and boom, snapped both heads off. I sawzalled the bolts but in the process cut the sleeve off the cap the mounts on top. Its hard to explain without pics but the metal cap on top has a sleeve that runs through the hole mount to the bottom, more than likely to keep it centered. I dont want to have to buy new mounts A. Because theyre not cheap and B. Because i cant find them anywhere. Any ideas? Run the mounts w/o the sleeves? Hockey pucks? The rubber is still good just had to butcher the inside. Im sure someones gone through this before.
Thanks in advance guys
