I have a 1997 Flareside. A friend just bought a 2001 Flareside. I have a Pendaliner Bedliner and a ******* Fiberglass Bed Top. Will these fit on my friends 2001? The beds look the same with the exception of the light arrangement for the tail lights.

 

I don't think there has been any major changes to the bed over the years so it should fit you could always take your and put it on his for a test fit to be sure.

 

Putting those pieces on his is exactly what I want to do. I replaced my bed liner with a Bed Rug and the ******* Fiberglass Top with a Retrax top that rolls up. I was going to sell both the bed liner and ******* top for $200.
