Can anyone identify this bumper for me?

Well, I backed in to a tree last year down in Savannah which put a nice dent in my rear bumper. Came across this bumper on Craigslist which the guy assured me would fit my truck. Unfortunately I had lent my truck to my girlfriend while I was doing some work on her Isuzu Rodeo so I didn't match it up when I bought it. Long story short, I tossed it in my garage for a couple of days, then threw it in the back of my truck for a drive to South Carolina planning on installing it down here at my brothers. Didn't take me long to notice the side cutouts for the bed don't match my original. Any idea which model F-150 (or other) this fits? I'm down here in S.C. for a couple weeks and figured I'd throw it on Craigslist down here and see if anyone could use it. Size wise it's the same as my current bumper but looks to me like it's for a narrower bed. The only I.D. I see on it is the mounting bracket (A204PB). Thanks for any help guys!

Yeah, I don't know Pockets. I just spent some time surfing ebay and this one looks really similar. I'm not really too familiar with the flairside models. I may end up cruising to the local Ford dealer and see if they can identify it. I never did have that cruise control recall taken care of so that would give me a good reason to go...
