Hey Fellas,

I'm wanting to repaint the plastic parts (I call it a cowl, but not sure if that's the correct terminology) that is located between the hood and the windshield. In order to remove this part it looks like I have to remove the windshield wiper arms? I've never taken windshield wiper arms off so I'm kinda at a stopping point even before I begin. I'm going to attempt to upload a pic to show the exact part I'm referring to.
