lock actuator

anyone have an easy solution...power door lock actuator works on rear pass. side door, but where it mounts to the inside of the door it has broken loose. compared to the metal that is still attached to the actuator, and looking at the other door, i think it was an aluminum rivet. i thought i might just put gobs of JB weld on it to hold it in place...i can access the whole thing easily with the panel off. just looking for the best cheap fix. i dont know if a sheet metal screw would penetrate the actuator and cause damage.

i figured they were, but the housing for the actuator looks like part of the rivet is integrated. once its warmer i will pull it back apart and look again.
